The annual Mod party named Concordia (as a tribute to the 80's Concords Scooter Club) was held at Di Piazza on Saturday night. By late evening, the street was lined with Vespas and the club was packed with stylish mods who KNOW how to party! Soulful grooves, ranging from 60's R&B to reggae and ska were skillfully rendered by the Commotions, Kingston A Go-Go, the New Fidelity and the Suppressors to the receptive gyrating horde. DJ Kev, DJ Spot and DJ Rally kept the rock-steady beats pumping between acts.
