Louisiana's Cajun music and cuisine were celebrated over the weekend at the 16th Annual Crawfish Festival in Rainbow Lagoon. The "largest Crawfish Festival outside of Louisiana" featured the best of Cajun, Zydeco and Blues music as well as fresh flown-in "mud bugs" prepared Louisiana-style and served up by Bristol Farms.
